Double Room in House Share

Our current housemate is moving out so we're looking for someone to take the room. It's a double bedroom in a spacious and sociable mixed 6 bed houseshare with a shared living room, dining room, kitchen and two shared bathroom.

The house is in a great location just by Burton Road tram stop so it's got lots of great cafes and bars only 5 mins walk away and it's easy to get into the city centre. There's on street parking outside the house too.

There are 3 males (Joe, Alex and Ben) and two females (Anna and Gina) in the house between 28 and 31. We're looking for a female housemate to keep it 50:50 split and preferably someone a similar age.

We're a fairly sociable house who occasionally cook meals, have film nights, or have a drink together but we also have our own space to so do our own things too. Let me know if you have any questions.
