We’re a friendly group that like to socialise, chill together on the evening / grab a pint and have BBQs in the summer, but of course like our own space from time to time and will respect yours. We’re looking for someone that likes a good sesh.

You’ll be sharing with Izzy (works as an analyst), Cullen (works in media production), Elliot (works in landscape) & Emma (works in fashion).

We are about 10 minutes from Burton Road tram stop, and close to bars and restaurants in withington /Didsbury

No pets

Rent £300 pcm and bills are around £85.

We need someone able to move/pay rent for 1st July, but if you would like to move in beforehand this can be arranged with the landlord & landlady.
