We have an unfurnished double room available in a spacious fully furnished 3 bedroom house in central Didsbury, a short walk from the tram and local amenities.

The house features a large open plan living/dining room, a kitchen including all usual white goods plus a dishwasher, 1 main bathroom, 1 downstairs toilet and a decent sized, south-facing garden with a large garage.
There is also a parking space on the driveway and ample on-street parking.

We are two, easy going young professionals in engineering and accounting industries, one of which often works from home. We're interested in sports and chilled days/ nights out at the weekends and tend to be quite relaxed during the week.

We're looking for someone lives considerately and likes to keep it chilled.
