One lovely room available in Didsbury :)

Me and my lovely housemate, Yvonne are looking for a new flatmate to join us from the end of July. Sadly, our wonderful flatmate is moving out and on to new things, so we have one available room towards the end of July (Exact date to be confirmed).

I'm Molly, I'm 29, working in the charity sector. I love boxing, being outdoors, and the odd hiking trip. I'm usually pretty busy but will enjoy relaxing and having a chat in the evenings. We previously have had a lovely Corgi living in the house and I'd be happy to ask the landlord if you have a doggo and would like to join (I bloody love dogs). This would not be guaranteed but I can always ask!

Emily is 26 and works in the education sector. Em loves being outdoors too, exploring new places, reading, and staying active. Em is also super arty and is keen to spend more time getting out and about in Manchester.

We have a shared living space, including a living room, kitchen, and utility room, as well as an office space. I work from home and use the office pretty regularly, as my current flatmates work out of the home. There is also a small garden space. The house is completely furnished and is in an ideal location; lots of green spaces and parks and great commuting to Burnage train station (3 mins walk) with a direct train to Picadilly or about 12 minutes to Didsbury village. There are plenty of supermarkets nearby, as well as easy access to bars, restaurants etc in Didsbury VIllage or West Didsbury.

We are looking for clean and tidy housemates, non-smokers and animal lovers is a bonus. We are not really drinkers but both big foodies, so happy to pop out and try new restaurants etc or have a chilled night in. Ideally, I'd be looking for people that would move in who would be friends as well as flatmates :)
