Hi, there will be one small double bedroom and one big double bedroom available for rent in this amazing five bedroomed house in Didsbury from 1st June, with huge garden and off road parking.

The rent is £550 per month for the small bedroom and £600 per month for the big double bedroom, excluding bills. All bills (gas, electricity, water, internet, TV license and council tax-it's a Band B) are shared equally among all five tenants and it’s about £100 per person per month.

Both bedrooms are upstairs on the first floor. The small double bedroom face the front of the house and the big double bedroom face the back garden.

The existing tenants consist of three guys and two girls in the house. Two of them are PhD students, one master student and the other two are professionals. One of the male PhD student is moving to Germany to study so we'll have one small double bedroom available from 1st June. One professional will move out at the end of May so his big double bedroom will be available too. Both professionals and students are welcome.

The bedroom is fully furnished. It has a wardrobe, a desk and a chair, a double bed with mattress.

The house has two toilets and a very powerful shower. The shower room was refurbished not long ago. The lounge has a sofa, two arm chairs, a coffee table and a TV. Off road parking is available in front of the house and there is a large back garden.

The house is conveniently located near Didsbury village and the tram/train station. Many buses can be accessed through Wilmshow Road to the University of Manchester and the city centre. Hence, it's good for people who are working in the south of Manchester or city centre. Students especially PhD students love this house and location too.
