The rent is £550 per month excluding bills. All bills (gas, electricity, water, internet, TV license and council tax) are shared equally among all five tenants and it’s about £100 per person per month.

Currently three males and two females are living in the house. One of which is a university student and the other four are professionals. One of the male professional is moving out due to work so his bedroom will be available for rent from 16th August.

The bedroom is fully furnished. It has a wardrobe, a desk and a chair, a double bed with mattress.

The house has two toilets and a very powerful shower. The shower room was refurbished a couple of years ago. The lounge has a sofa, two arm chairs, a coffee table and a TV. Off road parking is available in front of the house and there is a large back garden.

The house is conveniently located near Didsbury village and the tram/train station. Many buses can be accessed through Wilmshow Road to the University of Manchester and the city centre. Hence it's good for people who working in the south of Manchester or city centre. Students are welcome too.
