Hi there,

I’m looking for a professional woman to rent a lovely double room in my home.

I’m an engineer who works from home two days a week and is in the office the other three. I'm into the outdoors, so I’m often out running or cycling – but I also enjoy a good night in. Ideally, I’m looking for a housemate who enjoys a friendly, sociable home environment.

It’s important to me that the person I live with is clean and tidy, and treats the house with the same care and respect I do. I really love my home and take pride in keeping it nice.

About the house:

Great location: 5-minute walk to the bus into town, and 10–15 minutes to Burnage train station

Close to a park, great cafés, and restaurants

Parking available

Bills included (except gas and electric, which come to around £40/month each)

Move in dates can be flexible to suit.
