En Suite Room in Didsbury House

Hello
I am looking for a housemate to live next to Marie Louise Gardens in Didsbury. The house is in a very safe area and has a parking space as well as plenty of on street parking. There is also a fairly big garden/ yard. The house is 2 beds and 2 bathrooms. The room for the next person is the top bedroom, a little en suite and very cosy room. It is fully furnished, even to the extent of most kitchen utensils etc. The other tenant is a mid 20's professional who works from the office every day and also travels for work a lot as well as back to America where she is from. She is very clean and friendly- the current tenant is a friend of mine who can not speak highly enough of her. He is moving back into a flat he owns in a different area of Manchester.
I believe bills which include council tax, water, electricity and internet come to around £140 but may be less now its the warmer months. Im a very chilled landlord who only moved out of the house to move to the channel islands.
