I am looking for someone to rent this lovely, quite house next to Marie Louise Gardens in Didsbury. The house is in a very safe area and has a parking space as well as plenty of on street parking. There is also a fairly big garden/ yard. The house is 2 beds and 2 bathrooms.
One room is the top bedroom, a little en suite and very cosy room. The other is at the bottom of the house, bigger and bathroom right next to it. The house is fully furnished, even to the extent of most kitchen utensils etc, TV in living room and one of the bedrooms.
Bills are not included- but I believe combined come to around £280 or less for the whole house.
