King sized bedroom in West Didsbury

Hi,

I'm looking for someone to rent the second room of a 2-bed flat share as my flatmate is leaving at the end of June.

The room has a king-sized bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, and a desk.

The flat is cozy and spacious, with a shared garden, and is situated on Palatine Road with lots of greenery. It’s a 5-10 minute walk to Burton Road, which has plenty of nice bars and restaurants.

The car park is gated with allocated spaces plus 4 visitor bays. I have use of the main so it’s first come first serve with the visitor bays. Flat 6 currently don’t have a car so we’ve had 2 dedicated spaces but that could change if new tenants move in

There’s a bus stop right outside the flat that takes you to the city centre, or you can walk 5 minutes to the tram.

I’m an easy-going guy who enjoys playing sports (football, golf, tennis), going for walks, having a beer, and cooking. I work fully remotely as a data analyst.

Rent is £650 but with bills and council tax included around £800
