Looking for two room mates!

Looking for two room mates! The house is situated in west Didsbury. It is a 20 min walk from the tram stop, and there is a bus stop across the road. Parking is available on the street. It is also a 20 min walk from burton road, and about 45 min walk in East Didsbury.
Looking for people who are tidy, outgoing but laid back. I am also looking for people who want to socialise as a house as well as living in it! I love going out but also love a night in! I am neurodiverse, so would be great to live with people who are understanding of this. I also need people who are also going to be reliable with staying in the tenancy for at least 6 months.

The bills are not included and are paid through a meter (gas and electric). The rooms that will be available will be the downstairs room, which would usually be a dinning room, and one of the upstairs rooms. Please message me to arranged a viewing! I will also be looking to meet people a few times to make sure that the fit is right!

The rooms are also un furnished so you will need to be able to buy your own furniture for your bedroom. In terms of the living room and other shared rooms I will have bought the furniture myself for this. There is also an office space upstairs for anyone who needs to work from home! There are 8 rooms in total and 4 bedrooms (including the office space).
