Room In Beautiful Didsbury House -4 Months Aug-Dec

We have this really lovely house to rent in Didsbury, just near Fog Lane Park

You will be living with Callum, who is my best friend (I am the landlord), in our super lovely house. I've moved to London now so looking for someone to take the room for 4 months before Callum's girlfriend moves in in December. The house is setup exactly how I wanted so has everything you need, is super comfy and homely. So yeah comes fully furnished with everything. Even a huge lovely tv and sofa.

Your room is the bigger of the two and has a super king bed

About me (Callum) - 29 from Lancashire. Normal young lad working professional who enjoys music and sports and board games.

Price is £750 for the room plus bills which are around £100 a month, little more in winter. These include, water, electricity, internet, council tax (Council Tax Band B)
