Double Room in Didsbury Village

Hi there! Our housemate Sara will be moving out in August, so we are looking for someone friendly and easy going to take her room. We are ideally looking to do viewings w/c 29th July and the landlord has stipulated that you must be in full time employment.

The house is on a lovely, leafy residential street in Didsbury and has a good sized garden. It’s a short walk to Didsbury Village tram stop and near several bus routes and shops, including Aldi, Tesco Express, and M&S - everything you need is in walking distance!

The room is £640 per month and this includes all bills as well (electricity, gas, water, Virgin Media broadband and TV, council tax,
a weekly cleaner, gardener,
TV license, and window cleaner). There are two shared bathrooms, one on each floor and both with a shower/bath. The room is on the first floor and comes with a bed, mattress, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The room is also lockable.

We are Chloe (23), Juliet (24), Jack (30) and Alex (25), and we are all full-time professionals. We are a very active house - between us we play tennis, run, swim, and gym. We are a relatively social houses and enjoy doing things together when we can.
