Looking for 2 housemates to fill 2 double rooms

I am looking for 2 clean & tidy housemates (preferably friends already) to fill two double rooms in Didsbury on 1st October (maybe a bit sooner depending). One of my housemates is moving back to Australia and the other one moving in with her boyfriend. The house is unfurnished originally but there will be furniture left over when they move out. Each room has its own bathroom and we have a spare bathroom downstairs. The house is good value for money and very close to fletcher moss. Got a garden and parking outside, would need to renew the WiFi and sort out the council tax as the girls paid for this. I also have pictures of the rest of the house but won’t let me upload anymore.
