Hi! We have 3 double rooms available in a lovely 4-person house on Burton Road, West Didsbury from 15th September. It's right within walking distance of all the shops and bars - tram is a few minutes walk and there's a bus stop right outside! We have a lounge, big kitchen, cellar and a front and back garden, plus access to a communal croft with flowers and trees. There are two big bathrooms (both with bath/shower).

Bedroom 1: Ground Floor £520/month + Bills
Bedroom 2: Middle Floor £520/month + Bills
Bedroom 3: Top floor £590/month + Bills
(Bills are ~£120/month incl. water, gas+leccy, WIFI and council tax Band D).

About me:
I (Sarah) have lived here nearly a year, but my housemates are moving out with their partners/relocating so looking for three people to join from September 15th to renew the lease.

I'm 30yo and have lived in Manchester for ages. I'm a professional and WFH a few times per week (wifi is very reliable and all bedrooms are large enough for a desk). We can chat more at the viewing, but I like going for drinks, gigs, art, travel, gyming, cooking and a lil bit of TV. In the house we've always enjoyed hanging out but also respect each other's downtime and share chores to keep it a nice home.

Looking for professionals 27-35yo, sociable, clean and friendly. Welcoming of anyone LGBTQ+, however, we would prefer somebody without pets and no couples.
