Double bedroom in 3 bedroom house share

I have a cozy double bedroom available (female only) as I’m moving in with my partner, and I’m looking for someone to take my spot in this friendly and relaxed house share.

**About the House:**

The house is a three bedroom house, two bathrooms, a garden, and street parking. It is a close walk to various public transport such as burnage train station, various bus stops and west didsbury tram stop.

You’ll be sharing with my lovely friends, plus our cheeky cat, Luna. It’s a really warm and sociable household where we enjoy spending time together—whether it’s cooking meals, watching TV series, or heading to the local pub. But we’re also respectful of each other's space and downtime, so it’s the perfect balance of social and peaceful.

Rent:
-£525 monthly
- Deposit: £591.66
-our contract runs out in September 2025 but can look to renew with current flatmates — all bill, internet and council tax currently are roughly £140 each

Looking for someone to replace in December/January time but can be flexible with move in date!

Id love to welcome someone to replace me as not just a flatmate, but as a new friend! Therefore would want to arrange viewings when my flatmates are around so you can meet everyone and get a true feel for the space and vibes.
