Lovely double bedroom in Didsbury with Parking

⭐️Room in a shared Didsbury 2 bed flat with parking space included

I am sadly moving out of my room in our lovely 2 bed flat in Didsbury Village and I’m looking for someone to replace me.

The flat is located on Fog Lane, just off the park and a 5 minute walk to the tram stop and shops (Aldi, Tesco, Coop etc) + Didsbury Village.

The room has a double bed and a huge built in wardrobe. The flat is a 2 bed with living room, kitchen and 1 bathroom. Sahana is staying in the flat, she is a 28 year old doctor, very chilled and tidy.

We are looking for a professional female renter, non smoker, no pets, someone who is clean and chill. There is a big dining room table if you work from home. A parking space behind the house is also included.

The room is available from 2nd February, the rent contract runs out in August but you can renew it if you like the place. Rent every month is £750 with bills not included (they usually come to about £100/month).
