Large Double Room in 2bed flat - DIDSBURY

My former flatmate is moving out due to relocation for work, so I have a room available to rent starting from the Start of January.

About room and flat:
The room is a furnished large double bedroom with many cabinet spacing and drawers. The layout of the room is movable and you are welcome to bring in your own furniture.

The flat includes a shared bathroom with bath and shower, dining room, kitchen, office room, store room and living room area. The flat also has onsite parking space available (included in the rent) and garage space/bike storage.

The flat is located along Wilmslow road and is 10 minutes from Didsbury village. The tram stop (West Didsbury tram stop) is 5-10 minutes away and the bus stop is 2 minutes away from the flat. The flat is located right next to the main road and cycle lane is available from here to city centre.

There are also nearby Gyms, Fitness centres, cafes, tennis clubs, grocery stores, etc all within a 10 minute walk away

The rent for the flat is 625 per person per month not including bills. The bills is around 150-200 per person per month which includes energy, water, wifi and council tax.

About myself:
My name is Joe, and I am an engineer working in Manchester city centre for around 2 years. I usually work in the office 4 days a week and work from home Friday for my 9-5 s. for my 5-9s I usually hit the gym and play tennis at my nearby tennis club. I am quite an easy-going active ourdoorsy person but do love to stay in every now and then.

I am looking for a friendly and not too messy flatmate who is a working professional. I am also hoping to look for a long-term flatmate. The tenancy of the current flat ends in May and if we get a long I would love to extend the tenancy for another year if we get along.
