Must be tidy, friendly , cheerful & respectful because elderly mum lives here too. Hence lower rent than usual. Lower if happy to give her some company 2 hours a couple of evenings a week. Usual rent would be £500.
10 seconds walk to Christie Hospital, buses,10 mins walk to tram at west didsbury. 10 mins walk to didsbury village. Includes twice weekly cleaner & gardener. House is always warm. Downstairs toilet. If you don’t want to give some company, can just have usual rent £450/500.
