Double Room in Didsbury Village

Hi there! I'm Anton and I'm looking for a flatmate to share a beautiful flat in the heart of Didsbury village. The double room is unfurnished and has exclusive access to the main bathroom.

I've recently moved in and have been busy furnishing the living room and kitchen so hopefully will be slightly more homely than the pictures suggest! We also have exclusive access to a carpark which I'm currently using, but likely will come free later in the year for either flatmate to use.

The property is located along a quiet side street, conveniently placed between Wilmslow Road and the Didsbury Village tram stop. Fantastic location includes easy access to groceries, cafes and convenience stores in the village, along with a brisk half an hour journey into town via the tram.

Rent is £700 per month, with bills coming to £150 - £200 depending on the time of the year. Will be looking for someone who can commit to a 12 month term with the opportunity to extend. I'm in the office 5 days a week so not around the flat too much during the week, but will occasionally WFH when necessary.

A little about me, I'm a 25 year old civil engineer originally from New Zealand! I moved over to Manchester last year and have really enjoyed the experience so far. Sports, travelling and cooking sum up a good portion of my life at the minute!

I’m looking for a flamtmate who is clean, tidy and respectful of the space. I'm fairly busy during the week so appreciate a quiet space to come home to, but more likely keen for a drink on the weekend.
