Two Rooms to rent in Affordable Didsbury Flat

Im looking for two people to join me in a 3-bedroom houseshare as my two current housemates are moving out at the end of the tenancy. The price is very affordable for the Didsbury area and in a great location next to Burton road, Didsbury village, as well as bus and tram stops.

In the past I've got on really well with my flatmates and we would often hang out, watch movies, and go out together. I'd be looking for any new housemates to be social, considerate and easy to get along with. I like going to coffee shops, playing any type of sport, and just getting out into the peaks whenever I can. This would be a great house to join if you're after the same relaxed setting.

The bedrooms are both located in a basement floor of the ground flat, and come furnished with your typical furniture such as bed and wardrobe.. We also have a spare room which can be used to store extra stuff or be used as a home office type space if needed. The bathroom, kitchen, and lounge are to be shared between us but its quite spacious.

The flat is located on Palantine road, a 5 minute walk from pubs, restaurants, and shops in both burton road and didsbury village. There are many bus stops nearby and a tram just up the road which can get you to the centre of town in 20 minutes.

The listed price does not include bills such as broadband or council tax. Typically rent and bills would come to £620 all in. The attached pictures are from when I first moved in so its a bit more decorated now but the bedrooms will be as seen.
