My current flat mate is moving out on the 30th April as she has bought a flat, I’ve lived in this flat for 4 years and I’m now looking for another girl to take her double room, working professionals only.

The room is a double bedroom with bed, fitted wardrobes and drawers included. There is one reserved parking space but also street parking. A close walk to tram stops and Burton road on a quiet street. There is also shared green space at the back of the flat which is good for summer.

About me: I’m 29, working in recruitment, I work 1 day per week from home, Tuesday to Friday I’m in the office in central Manchester.

Looking for a female flat mate who is also a working professional, I'm currently single so don't have a partner coming round currently, but do have friends round occasionally at weekends, but we let each other know when we're having people over.

Looking for someone who is clean and tidy, we both currently keep the flat clean and tidy and we get along well, so I’d like to live with someone similar who will help keep the flat clean i. e. keeping bathroom and living space clean, taking out the bins, etc.

We do spend some time together socially so it would be great to have that with my next flat mate, but we also have our own separate social lives too.

I’m a sociable person, during the week I’m quite chilled as I’m in the office 4 days a week, so I’m usually watching Netflix, I also enjoy the occasional mid week pub quiz!

At weekends I like to socialise, go out for food, go for a drink, cinema, gigs, up for anything really.

Looking for someone who respects other peoples space but is also friendly and sociable, not looking to live with someone who I’ll never see, but also have our own lives.
