Double bedroom in Didsbury flat - Flatmate wanted!

I’m looking for a friendly and clean female flatmate!

The flat is located in West Didsbury - it is a short 5 minutes walk to the high street with lots of cafes and shops. It’s commutable to manchester city centre and to UoM/MMU. The tram stop is a 5 mins walk away and main bus routes are a 2 mins walk away.

The flat itself is gorg. It’s furnished and modernly decorated throughout. The bedroom has a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a double bed. There is one bathroom which has both a bath and a shower. The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge & freezer with plenty of storage space. There is also gated residents parking at the back of the property.

About me - I’m Evie and starting a grad job in September in Manchester. I’m friendly and sociable. I enjoy going out on the weekends but also love chilled nights in with a good movie. I enjoy going to the gym, yoga and playing tennis. I am a clean and tidy person, so would need to live with somebody with the same mindset.

I’m open to living with other young professionals in a similar position, or final year/Master’s/PhD students.
