The flat is nice, part of a bigger house. The bedrooms are below the living room, very spacious. They are also part-way in the ground (semi-basement). It's a quiet and safe area. The landlord is excellent, very responsive.
The bills are reasonable, currently about £100 for water, internet, and gas/electricity.
