Room in Didsbury flat available

Hi! I’m a PhD student currently living in a lovely 2 bedroom flat in Didsbury. I am looking for a female housemate from mid-late September as my current housemate is moving out.

The rent is £585 per month (~£640 including bills). You’ll have a double bed and we’ll share a bathroom, kitchen and spacious living / dining area. The location is great as it’s less than 10 minutes’ walk to the institute, grocery shops, gym and has nearby tram and bus stops.

I’m a chill and sociable person who enjoys cooking and hosting friends for dinners, games/ craft nights. I like going out for walks/ hikes to explore Manchester and the areas nearby. I’m also a Christian and have a preference for someone who shares the same faith but am open to non-Christians too 😊
