Double room available from 5th September on the ground floor of an 8-bed Edwardian detached house in didsbury village.

The house is situated within a short walk of Didsbury tram stop and the 142/143 bus route and within walking distance of west Didsbury.

We are a sociable house, currently of 5 males and 2 females , enjoying the occasional trip to the pub/nights out, seeking someone like-minded.

The bathroom is shared between two on the ground floor, and the large kitchen and living area are shared between the full house.

Spacious kitchen with all essential appliances and ample cupboard space.

There is an outside garden which is well maintained.
