There is a BIG communal kitchen/diner with all mod cons... so great for SOCIALISING after work as you prepare a meal. Your housemates are all full-time working professionals, who like nothing better than to kick back and RELAX after a busy day's work, in this quiet and friendly house. 
 
ALL INCLUSIVE 
ALL BILLS are included within the rent: TV, gas, electric, council tax, water, and broadband. The deposit is equal to one month's ren, t or we offer a deposit replacement insurance! 
 
FACILITIES 
As you would expect, there's gas central heating and double glazing to keep you nice and WARM, 3x large shared bathrooms, plus there is a modern fire alarm and emergency lighting system to keep you nice and SAFE. White goods are all included, there's an 2x fridge freezer, a washing machine, dishwasher and there's even a fortnightly CLEANER (for communal areas) too.
