Double room with en-suite in lovely big house!!

I’m moving out on 27th September and looking for someone to take over my room from this date (though I can be flexible and move out a bit earlier if needed!).

This is a spacious basement room – one of the biggest in the house – which makes it perfect if you want plenty of space to relax. It comes with its own private en-suite toilet, while the shower is shared and located upstairs. Being in the basement, it stays nice and cool in summer but never gets too cold in the winter.

The house is currently shared with three friendly, sociable girls. Everyone gets along really well, and there’s a lovely communal living room where we hang out and watch TV together. Everyone keeps everything nice, clean and tidy as well.

📍 Location: The house is in an amazing spot, just off Burton Road – less than a 5-minute walk to the tram and bus stops. You’ll have an incredible choice of bars, cafes, restaurants, and shops right on your doorstep, so there’s always something to do nearby!

💡 Bills: As this is one of the larger rooms, you’ll be in charge of the WiFi bill, while the other large room covers the water bill. All other bills are split evenly.
