Housemates are made up of 3 boys and 2 girls therefore ideally looking for a girl to balance the numbers but will consider everyone :)
The rent is £564 per month (which includes council tax!) with a deposit of 5 weeks rent. There is a 6 month fixed period however is subsequently a rolling monthly tenancy which gives great flexibility!
