Double room available in a sociable 6 person house share in Didsbury from 8th November.

The house is a 5 minute walk from west Didsbury which is great for pubs, bars, and cafes. It is also 5 minutes from Burton Road tram stop with a quick 20 minute tram into town.

Housemates are made up of 3 boys and 2 girls therefore ideally looking for a girl to balance the numbers but will consider everyone :)

The rent is £564 per month (which includes council tax!) with a deposit of 5 weeks rent. There is a 6 month fixed period however is subsequently a rolling monthly tenancy which gives great flexibility!
