We’re looking for a young professional to take over my room in our lovely 4-bed house in the Didsbury/Withington area. I have absolutely loved living in this house over the past two years but unfortunately I’m relocating closer to home.

You’d be living with three nurses, so shift patterns can vary (including nights). The house is generally very chilled but we’re all partial to a night out! We all share similar kind of interests like running, a pub trip, cooking nice meals at home with a film, or having a mooch around Didsbury. It’s really important to us that the house stays a relaxed and happy place, so we’re hoping to find someone who fits in with that vibe.

- Rent: £550
- Bills: Around £125 per month
- You’ll be sharing a bathroom with 1 other
- Bed and mattress (only 2 years old) included
- No students
- 6 month rolling contract
- Office room for those that may work from home
