This is a perfect opportunity for an academic professional or a mature PhD student. I work in another city and only visit the flat about once a month, so although you’ll pay rent for one room, you’ll have the whole flat to yourself most of the time.
A bit about me: I’m a scientist who spent several years working at the University of Manchester, and I’m now based at Durham University. I’m hoping to find someone friendly, respectful, and tidy—someone who will treat the flat as their own home.

The flat will be available from 1st January, though I can be flexible if you need a slightly later date. I’ll be holding viewings on 22nd and 23rd December and will choose the best match afterwards.
