(Location in between Withington and Didsbury border. All bills are £120 per month. 10 min walk to closest tram stop and 4 mins to bus stop)

Hi i am moving out due to one existing housemate who has alcohol problems and is a narcissist with zero self awareness who never stops talking about himself, he is 55. (I wasnt told this prior to moving in) So i can’t stand to be around him so please take this into consideration as i don’t want the next person to go through what im going through. The others are nice people but are all a friend group so as an outsider i found it difficult - you will meet them prior to make your own decision. Its a LGBTQIA+ household with a chill cat 🐈‍⬛, theres also a small garden with storage for a bike.

Referencing is required by the estate agents and a name change will happen on the existing contract running until Oct 2026.

Its a lovely room, big(ish) with high ceilings. It comes unfurnished however the mattress (double) and wardrobe (black wood) can stay as it was here when i moved in. Otherwise these things can go too. Viewings are preferred early mornings or Tuesdays or Sundays. As they work all day/ evening so best to meet them before they leave for work.
