Hi there! I'm Anton and I'm looking for a flatmate to share a beautiful flat in the heart of Didsbury village. The large double room is unfurnished and has exclusive access to the main bathroom. Fantastic living and kitchen spaces, including washing machine, dishwasher and energy efficient central heating.

Included in your rent is exclusive access to an off-road carpark - quite the rare luxury in the village!

The property is located along a quiet side street, conveniently placed between Wilmslow Road and the Didsbury Village tram stop. Fantastic location includes easy access to groceries, cafes and convenience stores in the village, along with a brisk half an hour journey into town via the tram.

Rent is £690 per month, with bills coming to £160 - £180 depending on the time of the year. I'm in the office 5 days a week so not around the flat too much during the week, but will occasionally WFH when necessary.

A little about me, I'm a 26 year old civil engineer originally from New Zealand. I moved over to Manchester in 2024 and love it here. Sports, travelling and cooking sum up a good portion of my life at the minute!

Have had a fantastic year with my current flatmate, but unfortunately he's making the move back home to Australia early May. Room will be available from the 3rd of May.

I’m looking for a flamtmate who is clean, tidy and respectful of the space. I'm fairly busy during the week so appreciate a quiet space to come home to, but always love a good chat in the evening / weekends.
