We are located just 2 minutes walk from Burton Road tram stop, with lots of independent coffee shops, restaurants and bars. It’s a real vibrant and bustling area with lots of students and young professionals. It’s also very safe with lots of families around and green spaces, very easy to get into the city too. Bills are no more than £150 per month but less when it’s warmer and we have the heating on less.
