Large double room in beautiful house (couple pref)

About the house: Absolutely gorgeous house right on burton road. Really large house with wraparound front grass garden and a back patio. Also has large basement and outdoor shed. The location is incredible and honestly this house is so beautiful. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room/wfh room, living room, basement, loads of space and storage. Super bright with big bay windows.

Please note the house is mainly unfurnished so most of the current bedroom furniture will not be there for you.

About the room price: The current couple who live in this room are moving out in October. They both split the rent equally between the four of us, which is why the rent is that high for the room. They have the largest bedroom in the house and this house is absolutely amazing for the price.

Sadly, if only 1 person rented this room and could not pay the price listed here, everyone’s rents would increase to £700pcm and it becomes unaffordable for current tenants so a couple is highly preferred.

The people: your housemates would be two young professionals, 1 works from home and the other goes into the office. We keep the house very clean and tidy. We are friends and are social and ideally looking for people who also want to be friendly. We sometimes host dinner parties or go to the pub etc. We definitely need people who are respectful and also keep a tidy and clean space but otherwise we don’t mind who you are!
