Detached House, Didsbury/Withington, All Bills Inc

It’s a lovely detached house on a quiet street near The Christie, with a large driveway with space for up to four cars. A car/EV charger is installed. The room itself is a great size, with large fitted wardrobes and windows on multiple sides, so there’s plenty of natural light.

The house is somewhere I’ve really made into a home, so it has lots of little extras that make it a great place to live. There are Sonos speakers throughout the house, and the living room has an indoor log burner, which makes it ridiculously cosy in the winter. The house is great for entertaining, there is a large dining area which is perfect for dinner parties.

There’s also a great garden with festoon lighting, plenty of space for BBQs in the summer, and an outdoor log burner which is perfect for sitting around when it gets a bit cooler.

The rent includes all bills, including:

Gas/electricity & water
WiFi
Sky TV
A cleaner every fortnight who cleans the whole house

The bedroom is mostly unfurnished. There’s currently a desk and sofa bed in there, but these can be removed so you’re free to make the room your own. If you don’t already have a bed, I’d also be happy to buy one for the room.

I’m looking for an easy-going professional who treats the house like a home, is clean and considerate, but also sociable and happy to have a chat or hang out now and again. I’m part of the LGBT+ community, but you don’t have to be LGBT+ yourself.

There is also, very importantly, the friendliest dog in the world who stays here part-time, usually for a few months at a time. So you’ll need to be happy living with a dog, particularly one who believes cuddling on the sofa.

A little about me, I work two jobs, one of which is hybrid, and I'm usually at the gym most days. Outside of work I love trying new restaurants, going to live events, getting out with friends and going on dog walks. The house is generally pretty calm and relaxed, definitely more cosy home than party house.
