Room to rent in large lovely home in Didsbury!

We live in a large edwardian house that was a family home in Didsbury. We have a large double room available on the top floor the house. It's large and beautifully furnished with a big garden, terrace and all the appliances you could ever dream of!

Transport to the City Centre/Media City/Chorlton and Oxford road/the university is excellent. We live within walking distance from the west Didsbury tram-stop and along the 42 bus route.

Day to day the house is quiet and people get together round the TV in the evenings. We don't throw parties but sometimes have friends over and are happy for you to do the same.

Ideally we are looking for someone who is friendly and sociable but might benefit from a spacious and peaceful environment. The house is tidy and really well maintained, (we have a cleaner) so we're looking for someone responsible and domesticated!

We've got lots of musical instruments in the house including a piano. If you're a musician to any extent then you'll certainly be able to make good use of that.

We're very laid back, warm and sociable. We also have a really nice cat so that's nice.
