Chris, Marina and Hannah and Lawrence are looking for a new housemate to join their Didsbury share. Ideally friendly professional who's keen to join in with the household for meals, movie nights and weekend activities (pub/gym/shopping/rugby).
The house has a massive kitchen and dining room. Also a separate lounge with on-wall flat screen tv; this is the best place to chill after work! It’s a 5 bed place, with 3 bathrooms.
The road is really quiet with off street parking for 2 cars and bags of on street available too. Didsbury Village is a 10 minute stroll away and West Didsbury is walking distance too, both places are great for meals and nights out! If you work in town the train station is only minutes away- less than 10 mins to Piccadilly (under £2 for a return ticket!!).
The price includes a twice monthly Cleaner, Broadband and TV Media package and all other bills except Gas & Electricity!
