Hi! We have 2 double rooms available in our friendly and comfortable shared house in Didsbury. The current housemates (and the house cat) get on really well and we are hoping to find people who will enjoy living there as much as they do. The house is just off Fog Lane with its local shops, and less than a 10 minute walk from Didsbury village centre with its large selection of shopping, bars and restaurants. The house is also in a great location for transport connections, with a train station and all the bus routes of the A34 within a 2 minute walk so getting into Manchester is very easy.

The house is fully furnished and has a good sized dining kitchen, lounge with tv, 2 bath/ shower rooms and patio furniture in the garden.

All bills are included: council tax, gas, electricity, water, Virgin tv, broadband and gardening, making the property extremely good value for money.

The first room is a bright bedroom overlooking the back garden with double bed, drawers, wardrobe, bedside table etc. It is is the smaller of the two rooms priced at £410 pcm and is available from 20th February.

The second room is a large bay windowed room overlooking the front of the property with double bed, fitted wardrobes, drawers, desk and fridge. It is £450 pcm, available from Saturday 25th February.
