Large fully furnished upstairs double room in relaxed Didsbury home.

You'd be sharing with me, a sociable and friendly professional. My interests include cycling, music, gardening and the usual sociable stuff. It's my house, so I keep it in good condition, but I'm also pretty relaxed.

House features include shed, off road parking and a lovely south facing garden.

The location is in a popular area of Didsbury on a quiet cul-de-sac. Didsbury Village is a short walk away which has some lovely parks, cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops.

Transport links are excellent with the M56 and M60 motorways in close proximity, and tram stop, railway station and bus stops on direct routes into Manchester, all a short walk away.

Rent is £425 per month which includes all bills apart from energy bills. They are normally £30 to £40 each per month in the winter. There is also a £425 deposit.
