Double room in shared house - Didsbury/Withington

A furnished double room in a shared house with a live in landlady, available from early November. The house is semi-detached with a garden and plenty of on-street parking on a quiet residential road opposite Fog Lane park. It is about a 5 minute walk from a bus stop on Wilmslow Rd and 10 minutes walk from Burnage train station (trains take just over 10 mins to get to Piccadilly).

I am laid back friendly person, who likes to live in a tidy house but isn't too OCD about it. I'm ideally looking for a professional person who is relatively tidy and conscientious. I work full time but tend to be in 3-4 evenings a week and enjoy socialising with my housemates when I'm there. I would prefer to live with someone who is happy to do their own thing too, as I have a pretty well-established group of friends in Manchester.

I have two cats who are both very sweet, but wouldn't expect my housemate to take on any responsibility as far as they're concerned.

The price advertised includes all bills to keep things nice and simple.
