Double Room in friendly houseshare (M preferred)

We are Elliot, Lauren and Nikki. Our housemate is moving to start a new job, and so we're looking for a guy to move in to keep the balance.

The house is spread over three floors, with two living rooms (main lounge on the ground floor with a big tv, snug on the second floor), a bathroom on each floor (master bathroom on first floor, toilet/basins on ground and second floor), a modern kitted-out kitchen and dining room. There's also a garden to the rear, with decking and garden furniture.

The available room is situated on the first floor, and is furnished with double bed, wardrobe, set of drawers and bedside table. All household bills are included, including Virgin TV & broadband and TV license.

We all work Mon-Fri and we have a good balance between doing our own thing and socialising as a house. Hoping to find someone similar, a sociable 20/30-something professional who cleans up after themselves would be ideal. Ideally someone who doesn't shut themselves away!

The house is located a 5 minute walk from the Oxford Road bus routes and Burton Road tram stop, and is just round the corner from the Burton Road bus routes. The West Didsbury strip of bars and restaurants is less than a 10 minute walk away. The house is situated in a close, and so curbside parking isn't a problem.
