A sunny double room in a friendly houseshare

Hey! We currently have a room available in our lovely house share.

The house is really nice bright and spacious, there is a big lounge, dining room and kitchen. There is a bathroom and separate toilet upstairs. We also have a really good size back garden, and a front garden with driveway if you have a car (there is a gardener that comes and deals with the garden included in the rent as well which is a bonus.... unless you love gardening in which case knock yourself out!!)

The house is a three bedroom property and the current housemates, Rachel and Holly are in their late twenties, We are both working in Manchester (Holly works Monday - Friday as a surveyor and Rachel works as a phsychiatrist). We are pretty chatty and love music, we love to chill out at home with a sneaky wine or two, and also go out a bit at the weekends.

The house is clean and tidy (but not OCD), and we have always been pretty good at sharing the boring cleaning stuff!!

The room is a small double, and is lovely and bright. There is also extra room for storage downstairs if needed.
