Housemate wanted for girls house share

**the room will be available June 28th and we will be doing viewings in June due to holidays :-)**

Our names are Becci (31) and Nicola (31), we are both professional females living in a 3 bedroom duplex apartment in the centre of Didsbury. Our housemate is leaving to move in with her boyfriend and we are looking for another girl to take her room.

Having a housemate with similar interests who is hopefully looking for some new friends would be ideal. We love going out for food (or ordering in), nights out in town occasionally (but we aren’t party animals anymore - now we are 30!) and holidays with our friendship group which we would love to welcome you into.

As we work through the week we do tend to be chilled on an evening. We enjoy a cheesy dating show or a crime documentary on Netflix. We do attempt to go to the gym when we can.

We thought it’s worth mentioning that we both have boyfriends who we see a couple of times a week (often on weekends) and who occasionally stay over.

The bedroom is a double bedroom which includes a double bed, bedside table and a wardrobe though we have a spare room which can be used for extra storage if needed.

Located within walking distance of Didsbury village and Burton road and all the restaurants and bars. Right around the corner from Alberts restaurant (if you have ever been there you will know why this is perfect). The closest tram stop is west Didsbury and this is a few minute walk to the end of our road.

We usually pay £506 including bills. This may increase to roughly £526 due to the increase in energy prices.
You would be required to have a credit check and sign a contract before moving in.
