Double room in Didsbury Village (near Metrolink)

I am renting out a double room in my flat in Didsbury Village as my current housemate is moving down to London.

THE ROOM

The room is warm, spacious and fully furnished with double bed, drawers, wardrobe and bedside table. There is room for extra furniture too (bookshelf, desk etc). The room is neutrally decorated so there is plenty of scope to add to it and make it more personal to you.

THE FLAT

The flat is about a 5 minute walk from the centre of Didsbury village and the Metrolink stop, on a quiet leafy road. It is fully furnished

The rent includes all bills (gas, electricity, water etc), council tax and Sky TV/unlimited broadband.

THE FLATMATE

I'm a friendly 28 year old professional. I like going out at weekends, travelling, going to the gym, eating out, going to the pub etc but I also like time to myself and taking it easy. I'm not obsessed with cleaning but do like a tidy house and I'm a respectful housemate (no crazy parties/loud music!).
