The current available room is a double bedroom with a private bathroom next to it. It is located on the top floor of the house. The room is available from the 19th of November until the 31st of May.

The house has a spacious modern kitchen as well as a nice living room with a balcony attached to it. A nice little garden gives the opportunity to relax and eat outside if the weather permits it. The house has a garage and a private parking spot (not currently in use) as well.

Great location, 10min walking distance to the “Didsbury Village” tram station. Less than 5 minutes away from Wilmslow Road where a variety of buses can be used.

Looking, preferably, for considerate, clean and tidy professionals/PhD students. Current housemates are all professionals. One woman and one man who have been living together for years. The other woman will be on the same floor as this room. Trustworthy and considerate landlord.
