Double Room In Large Didsbury House

We have a fully furnished double room available in a large well-equipped Victorian house in the centre of Didsbury.

The house is in an excellent location just 2 minutes walk from the bars and shops in Didsbury Village and walking distance from West Didsbury. It is on a quiet street with lots of parking as well as a space on the drive. There are good transport links to the city centre with bus stops and the Metrolink close by.

The house has 4 large double bedrooms, a large well-equipped kitchen and dining room. We have a very nice lounge and wireless broadband throughout. There’s a basement that can be used for storage, as well as containing a washer-drier. The rooms are on the first floor and share a bathroom. We also have an extra toilet.

We have a large garden which is ideal for BBQs in the summer. The house is managed by Gascoigne Halman.

As for us - we are Nick, 35, crowd flow consultant who loves music, hiking and travelling.
- Immy, 25, dietitian who loves tennis, cooking, films and a trip to a National Trust
- Danielle, 32, works in construction, loves books, coffee and forcing herself to exercise

We are looking to replace one person who is moving in with his partner. It's always been a friendly and sociable house.
