The house is in an excellent location just 2 minutes walk from the bars and shops in Didsbury Village and walking distance from West Didsbury. It is on a quiet street with lots of parking as well as a space on the drive. There are good transport links to the city centre with bus stops and the Metrolink close by.
The house has 4 large double bedrooms, a large well-equipped kitchen and dining room. We have a very nice lounge and wireless broadband throughout. There’s a basement that can be used for storage, as well as containing a washer-drier. The rooms are on the first floor and share a bathroom. We also have an extra toilet.
We have a large garden which is ideal for BBQs in the summer. The house is managed by Gascoigne Halman. Rent and bills combined each month comes to approximately £650 including a fortnightly cleaner.
As for us - we are Nick, 36, crowd flow consultant who loves music, hiking and travelling.
