We have a room available in our lovely 4-bedroom house-share. The price is very affordable for the area.
We are 3 friends looking for a new housemate who is sociable and considerate. We like to cook together, listen to music, go to pubs and bars, head into town at the weekends, hang out and have a laugh. We sometimes go to gigs together and like to socialise in the house with our friends. We are looking for a housemate who’d like to join in.
The bedroom is an unfurnished medium sized double-room, with a bay window and plenty of space for furniture.
There is a large kitchen-lounge where we hang out, one bathroom (between 3), and a large garden and patio. We have a separate co-working room with enough space for up to 3 desks if you work from home. There is also off-street and on-street parking available.
The house is located on School Lane in Didsbury, a 5 min walk to the Village tram stop and all the pubs, restaurants and shops.
The price listed does not includes bills and council tax, all of which are arranged separately among the housemates. Breakdown of cost in addition to rent approx. £120
