We have a room available in our lovely 4-bedroom house-share. We're are 3 friends looking for a new housemates who are sociable, outgoing and considerate.

We like to cook together, listen to music, go to pubs and bars in the evening, and heading into town at the weekends, hang out and have a laugh. We often go to gigs together and like to socialise in the house with our friends. We are looking for a housemate who’d like to join in with this.

The bedroom is unfurnished, but the rest of the house is furnished

The rooms is a smaller double room with space for minimal furniture

There is a large kitchen-lounge where we hang out, one bathroom, a large garden and patio. We have another large room downstairs which has space for 3 desks and is used as co-working space by some of the housemates. We have a plenty on street parking nearby.

The house is located on school lane in Didsbury, a 5 min walk to the Village tram stop and all the pubs, restaurants and shops.

Price listed does not includes bills and council tax. All of which are arranged separately among the housemates. Breakdown of cost in addition to rent approx. £120
