1 en-suite available in lovely, quiet 2 bed flat!

I've lived at this current flat for 3 years and I absolutely love it. It's a 2 bed, top floor flat next to Didsbury Park - it's super quiet but also a 30 second walk to the park, a 2 minute walk from the high street/buses, with a 3 minute walk to the tram, 5 minutes to fletcher moss and a 10 minute walk to East Didsbury train station.

I'm a sociable / clean professional who works in town/mostly WFH - so prefer someone who works in an office 5 days a week - but I'm happy to work in my gym/wherever to find a compromise with the right tenant! I absolutely love animals and go to a few gigs a week (I absolutely love music!).

I'm however also very happy to just let people have their own space - and It's also important to me that we respect each other, giving a heads up whenever people are coming round etc. Not that I mind anyone coming - but I just want everyone to be as comfortable as possible :)

The flat has a tv, espresso machine, air fryer and basically any amenity you could want. There's also a record player you're more than welcome to use, and I'm happy to move some furniture around if needed! Your room has an en-suite, wardrobe, two bedside tables, a desk, another chest of drawers and can contain a clothing rail if you want!

I'm just as happy sitting on the sofa watching a film or a TV show as I am heading down the pub for a pint or two. I'm vegetarian but I don't mind anyone who eats meat moving in.

The room is £650, broadband is £15, electricity £20. Gas and water are quarterly, depending on usage. There will also be a deposit required.

Current tenant is leaving in May, which is when the flat will be available.
