Cosy Flat - Didsbury High Street

I have a spare double room on Didsbury High Street, available right above the shops.

It's a pretty epic location—right next to a bus stop to town, and about a 3-minute walk from the tram stops.

Pretty cosy, v. spacious for 2 people. Fully furnished: big screen TV, tons of gaming consoles, the usual mod-cons: Netflix, Prime, PS Network, high speed internet, yadda yadda, I think you get the gist.

Lol, it's even got a home sauna, which is pretty good for relaxing after a long day's work.

I'm looking for a chilled professional (not too bothered whether m/f) to move in; just really keen on having no raving party animals, if possible, as I had a problem with ket heads as my last flatmates.

That being said, I'm totally no bore either, but jeez, if you need to go out drugging it up every other night of the week, you really probably ought to take a hard look at your life.

Don't ask for much, do I?

Anyway, I have a really cool cat—a bit of an old lady, but she does the job. Well, what can I say, She's a cat; that's all she has to do—be a cat.

I'm pretty busy all the time (working tons all the time— I do digital marketing and work loads on the side of my usual jobs), so I don't really respond promptly to emails or texts, and I probably won't get a chance to take pictures of the place anytime soon.

But, anyways (and yes, I'm well aware, I've said "anyways" 3 times already in three sentences. lol, I'm creative as fuck, but I really really hate creative writing) the pad is defo worth checking out.
