Need roommate urgently to take over a tenancy

Currently looking for someone to take over a tenancy on the 1st June, it's a two bedroom flat, my flatmate is moving out and I am staying. The living room and room are shown in the pictures, any other pictures or videos are available upon request. The rent is £475 each and bills are around £150 per month each. The flat is located right in the center of Didsbury Village.

I need applicants that have a guarantor that is a UK homeowner!
