Ensuite Double Room in Didsbury Village

Hi there! Our housemate Fletcher is going to be moving out soon, so we're looking for someone easy going and tidy to take his room.

We're ideally looking to do viewings on Wednesday evening (8th July) but we can be flexible if needs be!

Whilst there are a few of us living here, it's a huge house so never feels too busy and is pretty quiet~

The house is on a nice street in Didsbury Village and has a good sized garden. It’s a 5-minute walk to Didsbury Village tram stop, ALDI, Co-op, M&S and Tesco Express so everywhere you’ll need is in walking distance.

It’s £795 per month, which includes electricity, gas, water, broadband and council tax. It keeps things simple having all the bills included.

The room is on the first floor and as mentioned has its own en suite. The room comes with a bed, mattress, wardrobe, and a chest of drawers.

We have a good sized kitchen with two fridge-freezers, two hobs, two ovens, a double cupboard each and all the usual appliances. We also have a little laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

Whilst a big house, it's fairly quiet as we have nurses, teachers and civil servants all working different patterns.

We're looking for someone to take the room from the 3rd August and there’s a 6-month initial contract with the letting agency.
